Saving searches

After you have done a search in a lookup, you can use the Save Search button to save the results.

To save your search results, click Save Search, specify a name for the saved search in the Name field and click OK.

The search results are saved as an ad hoc report. You can view your saved searches in the Ad Hoc Reporting page or in the My Saved Searches item in My Infor.

Note: The Save Search button is not available in all lookups in Infor Public Sector. For technical reasons, this functionality is not supported in these lookups:
  • Inspection Cost Viewer
  • Service Request Cost Viewer
  • Work Order Cost Viewer
  • Roadway and linear asset lookups
  • Lookup Transactions (Inventory)
  • Lookup Serial / Lot
  • Lookup Applications (Building Permits)
  • Lookup GIS Mappings
