My Infor Messaging items
The Messaging items in My Infor (under Core.Messaging) show inbound or outbound messages that have failed processing so that you can review them and take appropriate actions.

| Inbound Messaging Logs | Shows a list of inbound messages that have failed processing. To reprocess, select one or more messages in the grid, click the button and select Reprocess Selected Message(s). When you reprocess a message, the messaging service uses a stored procedure in the database to reset the log status to PendingProcessing so that the Batch Manger will attempt to import the message again the next time it polls the inbox.
You can also click the button and select Ignore Selected Message(s) to remove messages from the list. |
| Outbound Messaging Logs | Shows a list of outbound messages that have failed processing. To resubmit, select one or more messages in the grid, click the button, and select Resubmit Selected Message(s). When you resubmit a message, the messaging service uses a stored procedure in the database to add a new copy of the message to the outbox. The status of the log is also reset so that the Batch Manger will attempt to deliver the message again the next time it polls the outbox.
You can also click the button and select Ignore Selected Message(s) to remove messages from the list. |
