Personalizing grid columns

You can personalize the columns in Infor Public Sector grids to suit your individual requirements. You can select which columns you want to show, and you can change the order of the columns. The changes that you make are stored in your user preferences, so they are not visible to other users. See the classic section or the modern section, depending on the interface you have set.

Classic interface

To select columns, click the Grid Settings button and select Column Personalization. Infor Public Sector shows a list of available columns, with a check box to the left of each one. Select the check boxes for the required columns, and clear the check boxes for the columns that you must hide.

To move a column, click and hold in the column header, then drag the column to the required location.

To undo your changes, click the Grid Settings button and select Reset to Default Layout. This undoes the changes that you have made in the current session, but it does not necessarily restore the grid to its original appearance. When you close a form after modifying a grid, your personalized layout becomes the new default.

Modern interface

To select columns, click the Grid Settings button. Infor Public Sector shows a list of available columns, with a check box to the left of each one. Select the check boxes for the required columns, and clear the check boxes for the columns that you must hide.
