Adding a right of way position to a linear asset type

  1. Select Asset Management > Assets > [asset module].
  2. On the tab for the correct linear asset type, under Configuration, click "Asset" Setup.
  3. In the Linear Types tree, browse to the Right of Way Position node under the correct asset type.
  4. Right-click the Right of Way Position node, or one of its children, and select Create Right of Way Position Type.
  5. Specify this information:
    Right of Way Code
    Specify an identification code for the right of way position type.
    Reverse Right of Way Code
    Specify the right of way code that corresponds to this one if the asset is reversed. For example, the reverse right of way code for Left might be Right.
  6. Click Save.
