Creating a budget year distribution report

  1. Select Asset Management > Advanced Asset Management > Asset Analysis.
  2. Click Budget Year Distribution.
    Note: This report is also available from the Reports button in the Budget Analysis InfoViewer.
  3. Specify this information:
    Budget Analysis Run ID
    Specify the ID of the budget analysis run that you want to use for the report.
    Scale Value
    Select a scale value. The scale value is the unit Infor Operations and Regulations will use to indicate what portion of the assets in the report fall within each budget year. For example, a report for a roadway asset might use length as the scale value, while a park report might use area.
  4. Click Next to view the report.
