User management
If the user does not exist in Infor Operations and Regulations, the user and associated employee are created. If the user exists, then the user and employee record are updated.

The Infor Operations and Regulations user record controls licensing and access to specific features and functionality within the system. You can use either the User License form or the User InfoViewer to assign licenses to users.

For access control, Infor Operations and Regulations uses a role-based model. Each Infor Operations and Regulations user is assigned to one or more access roles, and each role specifies a set of permissions that are granted to the user.
