Agency files
There are various scenarios in which you must import and export files in Infor Operations and Regulations, such as importing payments or meter readings from an external system, or outputting bills and other correspondence.
On-premises clients will have direct access to the files on the server, but in a multi-tenant environment the agency only has access to the site. In that case you can use the File Explorer to manage your files.
To open the File Explorer, select . The File Explorer shows a list of virtual directories, each of which is mapped to a physical directory on the server. You can upload and download files as required, and you can also add new folders within your virtual directories.
Note: Working with the File Explorer is a manual process, so it isn't suitable for routine file management. Infor Operations and Regulations also includes tools that you can use for automated file processing. See the Infor Operations and Regulations Multi-Tenant Configuration Guide for more information.
