Attachments

You can use the Attachments grid throughout Infor Operations and Regulations to attach files to records, such as attaching employee photographs to employee records.

Infor Operations and Regulations uses electronic document management (EDM) systems to store attachments. Before you can add attachments in Infor Operations and Regulations you must set up one or more EDM providers. You must also define document types and associate them with EDM providers.

Note: By default, IIS (Internet Information Services) limits attachments to a maximum of 30 MB. If you want to allow larger attachments, you can increase the maximum in IIS. Select the Request Filtering feature for your Infor Operations and Regulations site, then click Edit Feature Settings. The Maximum allowed content length (Bytes) field specifies the maximum size for attachments.
