Associating document types

The Document Type Associations grid on the Add EDM Provider page lists the document types that can be used with a given provider.

There are three different ways to add document types to the grid:

• Click Create and Associate New Document Type to add a new document type.

  See Adding a document type.

• Click Associate Existing Document Type to associate an existing document type with the provider.
• Click Import and Associate Document Type to import one or more document types from the EDM system.
