Incident

This table describes the access groups under Incident in the Permissions tree:

Access group	Description
Create Incident	Affects the Create Incident item in the Incidents menu.
Incident Type	Affects the Incident Types item in the Incidents menu.
Lookup Incident	Affects the Lookup Incidents item in the Incidents menu.
Update Incident	Grants access to edit/update incidents in the Incident InfoViewer.
