Recording parcel zoning information

  1. Load the parcel record you want into the Parcel InfoViewer.
  2. On the Zoning tab, click Add above the grid.
  3. Enter the identification code for the zoning regulation in the Zoning Code field.
  4. Enter any other information you have for the zoning regulation.
    You can type the number of any ordinance related to the zoning regulation, such as a city ordinance designating a residential area. You can also enter a number in the Land Size field to specify the square area of the parcel that the zoning regulation applies to.
  5. Click Save.
