Defining a monthly periodic inspection schedule

  1. Begin to define a periodic inspection schedule.
  2. Under Recurrence, select Monthly from the Schedule Type list.
  3. Specify the interval and the day of the month on which inspections will be scheduled.
    If you want the inspection scheduled for a specific date, select Day _ of every _ month(s). Then specify the correct date and scheduling interval, such as 5 and 2 to schedule the inspection on the fifth of every other month. If you want the inspection scheduled on a specific day of the week, select The [Nth] [Weekday] of every _ month(s). Then select the correct week and day, and specify the correct scheduling interval, such as Second, Tuesday, and 1 to schedule the inspection on the second Tuesday of every month.
  4. Specify any other information about the interval.
    You can use the "Days in Advance" fields to indicate how far in advance an inspection can be scheduled, such as indicating that an inspection must be scheduled between three and 30 days before it is carried out.
  5. Continue to define the periodic inspection schedule.
