Approving a trade license condition

  1. Load the license you want in the Trade License InfoViewer.
  2. On the Conditions tab, enable editing in the grid and select the condition you want to approve.
  3. Specify an approval code in the Approval field.
  4. Specify any other information about the condition's approval.
    You can record miscellaneous information about the approval in the Comments field.
  5. Click Save.
    Infor Public Sector saves your changes and attempts to advance the license through its licensing process.
  6. If supervisor approval is required, enter the necessary authorization.
    Depending on the system configuration, you must enter your user name and password or your employee ID and PIN.
