Associating a service request with a license

  1. Load the license in the License InfoViewer.
  2. Select the Related Records tab.
  3. Click Add above the Service Requests grid.
  4. In the Service Request Search dialog box, look up the service request that you want to associate with the license.
  5. Select the service request in the search results list and click Select.
