Creating a review

  1. Open the Create Review form.
    • In the menu, select [CDR module] > Review > Create Review.
    • In Lookup Applications, select an application in the Lookup Results grid, click Action, and select Create Review.
    • In the Application InfoViewer, select the Reviews tab, click Add above the Reviews grid,.
  2. Specify the identification number of the application the review is for in the A/P # field.
  3. Specify the type of review you're creating in the Review Type field.
  4. Provide any other information about the review.
    If you already know the results of the review, you can record the review results.
  5. Click Save.
