Field constraint settings
This table describes the settings that are available for the constraint items. Some settings may not be available for all items.
| Option | Description |

| Default | The default behavior for the constraint. Infor Public Sector specifies the behavior after the word Default. For example, the Priority constraint is available by default and is displayed as Default Available. | 
| Required | Defines the item as required
								information. Infor Public Sector shows the
								fields associated with this constraint as required when processing
								the application.  Note: If the Required check box is
									selected, the field must be available in Infor Public Sector. If you select
										Required and then
									select Display Only or Not
										Present from the Settings list, the value
									automatically changes to Available when
									you save your changes. 
This restriction does not apply to the constraints on the Portal Setup tab.  | 
				
| Display Only | Defines the fields associated with the item as display-only. Infor Public Sector will show these fields but the user can't edit the information. | 
| Not Present | Defines the fields associated with the item as not present. Infor Public Sector won't show these fields on the application or when the application reaches a certain milestone. | 
| Available | Defines the fields associated with the item as present but not required. |
