Exporting inspections

  1. Select Asset Management > Assets > [Asset Module].
  2. On the correct asset type tab, under Asset Inspections, click Export Inspections.
  3. Specify this information:
    Group Number
    Specify the number of the group inspection that you are exporting.
    Export Template
    Select the template that you want to use for the export.

    Export Destination
    Specify the directory path where the export file will be created.
    File Name
    Specify the file name of the export file.
  4. Click Run Export.
