SRCEOBSATTACH table
Used to import new attachments for observation records. The attachment records are
added to the SWATTCHMTINSPOBS table
(
Hansen.AssetManagement.Street.SWInspectionObsAttachment
object).

This table shows the property of the SWInspectionObsAttachment object that
each column in the SRCEOBSATTACH table maps to.
