Mitigation factors
Mitigation factors adjust the risk scores for selected asset groups based on steps
		taken to mitigate the risk. For example, backup pumps can mitigate the risk of pumps
		overheating.
 
	 When calculating an asset's risk score, Infor Public Sector divides the maximum risk score by the sum of all applicable mitigation factors to produce the final risk score. Thus if a particular mitigation cuts the risk in half, you would create a mitigation factor with a value of 2.
