Packing site files

Packing site files is a batch processing task, so the Batch Manager must be configured and running. Before packing site files, you must place the files to be migrated in the CloudMigration\SiteFiles folder in the Batch Manager installation directory on your server. The packed files are added to the CORE_FILEMANAGEMENT.SITEFILEMIGRATION table in the database.

  1. In the on-premises source environment, select System > Administration > System Information.
  2. Click SaaS Migration and select Pack Site Files.
  3. Click Pack.
  4. Click Yes.
