Adding a global detail page
To define global work order details, click the Work Orders tab, click above the Global Work Order Detail Pages grid. The detail is then created following the same basic process as an activity detail.

Bulk updates
In addition to the standard detail page information, you can use the Bulk Update Only check box to indicate that a detail should only be displayed when users are bulk updating work orders. You can also limit the detail page to bulk updates for a particular activity, asset type, or unit type.

You can limit a global work order detail page to selected asset types or activities. Under Display for All Asset Types check box to show the detail on work orders for all asset types, and select the Display for All Activities check box to show the detail on work orders for all activities.

- You can select zero or more asset types under Permissible Asset Types. If you do not select any assets types, then the detail is only shown on work orders that don't have an asset.
- You can select one or more activities under Permissible Activities. The detail will only be shown on work orders for the selected activities.
Log details
To define work order log details, click Work Order Logs tab. You can add a detail page that is displayed in all work order log entries, or you can specify a log type to limit a detail to log entries of that type.
