Adding a safety message to a task

  1. Select the Safety Messages tab in the Activity Task dialog box.
  2. Click Add above the Safety Messages grid.
  3. Specify this information:
    Safety Code
    Specify the identification code for the safety message.
    Expire Date
    Specify an expiration date for the safety message.
    Comments
    Specify any additional information that you want to show for the safety message.
  4. Click Approve.
