Configuring the calendar integration

Browse to the Calendar > CRONOFY in the Integration configuration and specify these attributes:

• API Host: Specify the URL of the Cronofy API, such as https://api-sg.cronofy.com.
• Site Host: Specify the URL of the Cronofy site, such as https://app-sg.cronofy.com.
• Client Id: Specify the client ID for access to Cronofy.
• Client Secret: Specify the client secret for access to Cronofy.
• IPS Endpoint URL: Specify the endpoint of the Infor Public Sector calendar service. Cronofy will use this service to get calendar events from Infor Public Sector and to send calendar change notifications.

In an on-premises environment, you must use a reverse proxy to expose the IPS services for Cronofy.

After the integration is enabled, use the Cronofy Administrator form to connect to your mail service through the Cronofy calendar service, and to indicate which employee calendars to synchronize. You can optionally define workflow formulas for more advanced control over the content of calendar events.
