Recording a property lien

You can use the Property InfoViewer to record any liens placed on a property, such as a mortgage, tax, or mechanics lien.

  1. Load the property record in the Property InfoViewer.
  2. On the Liens tab, click Add above the grid.
  3. Specify the amount of the lien in the Amount field.
  4. Specify any other information you have for the lien, such as the filing number and type.
  5. Click Save.
