Addresses tree nodes
This table describes each node in the
tree in the Contact and Property Browser.Note: Some nodes listed in this
table are only displayed if your agency has purchased the respective Infor Public Sector product, or if you have the necessary
permissions in Access Control.
Node | Description |
---|---|
Addresses (root node) | Contains nodes for the address records that match your search criteria. You can add new addresses by right-clicking on the root node and selecting Create Address. |
Node for a standard address. | |
Node a block address. A block address is a stretch of street limited to a single block. | |
Node for a range address. A range address is identified by a range of street numbers rather than a single number, such as 100 to 200 Main Street. | |
Relationships | The Relationships tab in the Address InfoViewer. | node shows any other addresses that the current address is related to. To define address relationships, use the
Contacts | Node for the contacts associated with an address. An address contact is anybody that your agency can correspond with regarding an address, such as a property owner, a caretaker, or a tenant. When you click this node, Infor Public Sector shows information on the address's current and previous contacts in the grids on the right. |
Parcels | Node for the parcels associated with an address. To associate additional parcels with the address, open the address record in the Address InfoViewer and add the parcels. A parcel is an area of land defined for administrative or tax purposes. When you click the node, information about the parcels is displayed on the right. |
Properties | Node for the properties associated with an address. A property is a piece of real estate owned by a customer that represents multiple addresses or parcels, such as an apartment complex or facility. |
Accounts | Node for the billing accounts associated with an address. |
Applications | Node for the applications where the address is the primary site, a linked site, or an associated site. |
Assets | Node for the assets associated
with the address. Assets can be associated with addresses in two different ways, using different tables in the database:

Cases | Node for the cases where the address is the primary site, a linked site, or an associated site. |
Licenses | Node for the licenses where the parcel is the primary site, a linked site, or an associated site. |
Service Requests | Node for the service requests located at the address. A service request tracks a customer service call from the initial problem report or information request through to its resolution. |
Services | Node for the account services, such as water or trash collection, associated with an address. |
Work Orders | Node for the work orders associated with an address. When you click this node the grid on the right shows work orders for the address and any assets associated with the address. |
