Agency-defined asset names

Code changes have been made to show agency-defined asset names throughout Infor Public Sector.

The ability to rename asset types is an existing feature, but the agency-defined names have not been used in all pages in the system.

With this enhancement, agency-defined asset type names are shown in contexts where the standard asset type names were previously still shown, such as column headings in various grids.
