Mobile enhancements

This update includes these enhancements for Infor Public Sector Mobile.
  • New asset records can now be added to Infor Public Sector from the Infor Field Inspector mobile app. From the home screen, tap the Action button and select Create Asset.

    You can also create new assets from the map in the mobile app. Long press on the asset's location and tap Create Asset.

    Note: You can only add simple assets from the mobile app, not network, segment, or linear assets.
  • The improved code violation functionality that was added for Android and Windows in the April 2022 update is now available for iOS as well.

  • Map symbols in the mobile app can now show values from complex properties. For example, for work orders in the map you might want to display the activity description and the asset description in addition to the work order number. The activity description and asset description are complex properties.
  • To limit the disk space used, the GIS functionality has been enhanced so multiple replicas of map data are not created on the map server.
  • The Windows version of the mobile app has been updated so the app can be resized properly. Previously unnecessary warning messages were shown.
