Billing enhancements
This update includes two useability enhancements for the Billing module.
First, the panel on the Summary tab of the Manage Account page shows the log type for each log entry.
Second, there is a new configuration setting that controls whether the payment batches that are created for direct debit runs are automatically marked as ready to post.
