Email output for IDM document output reports

In addition to showing the reports in Infor Public Sector, you can send an IDM document output report in the body of an email.

To send an IDM document output report in an email, select HTML from the Report Output list, then select Body from the Email Method list.

Note: To send the report in the body of the email, the report output must be set to HTML. If you select PDF from the Report Output list, then the report will be sent as an attachment even if you select Body from the Email Method list.

To configure the report in IDM, you must upload your .docx template with all of the content for the body of the email message. Make sure that the report location details in the Reports Manager match the document type and template name in IDM.
