Report types
When you add a report in the Reports Manager, a blank report is created with the default title New Report. To define the properties of the report, select the node and edit the information that is displayed. The settings that you enter depend on the report type.
This table describes the report types that are available.

Attachment | Shows an attachment that is stored in an IPS provider. See "Attachments" under "System Administration" in the Infor Public Sector User and Administration Library. |

File System | Shows a specified file on the application server. | Static file, not a true report. |
Formula | Creates a report based on a VB.NET formula. | For operational reporting. A formula report can be used to aggregate data that is not possible with other reporting types. It can be used within Map Drawer to generate reports based on spatial data. |
IDM Document Output | Shows a simple single-field report from Infor Document Management. | For operational reporting. |
Infor Reporting | Infor Reporting is Infor's implementation of Cognos Analytics. | For operational reporting. Note: A limit of 50,000 rows is
enforced for Infor Reporting reports.

Keyword | Keyword reports are generated by Infor Public Sector's
data export engine based on keywords that you define in the Keyword Manager. See "Correspondence" in the Infor Public Sector User and Administration Library. |
