Vendors

A vendor is the company that your agency purchases a part from. A vendor added to a part catalog record indicates whom to correspond with regarding the purchase of a part. The vendor record includes contact information and may include a list of manufacturers whose products are sold by the vendor.

If your agency uses Infor Public Sector to manage your parts inventory, you can cross-reference the parts in your agency's inventory with the part information provided by a vendor.
