Adding a work order for an asset inspection

If you discover work that needs to be done while conducting an asset inspection, you can create a work order from the inspection record. The mobile app automatically enters the correct asset in the work order.

Note: Follow these steps to add a new work order. You can also use the Linked Work Orders tab in the asset inspection viewer to link existing work orders to an inspection.
  1. Open the correct asset inspection in the mobile app.
  2. Tap the Action button (three vertical dots) and select Add Work Order.
  3. Specify the work order information.
  4. Tap Save.
