Closing an asset inspection

If an asset inspection has been completed, you can use the mobile app to close the inspection record.

  1. Load the inspection that you want to close in the asset inspection viewer.
  2. Tap the Close button.
  3. Specify this information:
    Closed Date
    Enter the date and time the inspection was closed. The app automatically enters the current data and time.
    Closed By
    Enter the employee who closed the inspection. The app automatically enters your name.
    Comments
    Enter any comments about the completed inspection.
  4. Tap OK.
