Duplicating an asset inspection

In addition to creating a new asset inspection from scratch, you can use the mobile app to duplicate an existing inspection. If the inspection you're duplicating has observations, you also have the option of duplicating the observations.

  1. Open the inspection that you want to duplicate in the mobile app.
  2. Tap the Action button (three vertical dots) and select Duplicate Inspection or Duplicate Inspection with Observations.
    The app opens the Create Asset Inspection page, with the details of the current inspection filled in.
  3. Edit the information on the Create Asset Inspection page as required.
  4. Tap Save.
