Asset inspection viewer tabs
This table describes each tab in the asset inspection viewer in the mobile app:
Tab | Description |
---|---|
Summary | Shows general information about the inspection, such as the asset, the initiated date, and the assigned inspector. |
Attachments | Used to view any existing attachments for the inspection, and to add new attachments. |
Comments | Use the Comments tab to view and update the comments associated with the current inspection. |
Observations | Shows the observations that are associated with the current inspection. To add a new observation, tap the | button (three vertical dots) in the bottom right corner of the tab. To edit an existing observation, tap on the observation in the grid and update the information.
Linked Work Orders | Shows a list of work orders that are associated with the current inspection. Tap | below the grid to add linked work orders.
Details | Shows any details associated with the current inspection. You can select any detail in the grid to view more information, and to update the detail information. |
Logs | Shows any log entries associated with the current inspection. To add a new log entry, tap the | button.
Resource Usage | Used to view and update information about the resources used for the current inspection, and their associated costs. To record resource usage, tap the | button. To edit an existing resource usage item, tap on the item in the grid and update the information. To delete a resource usage item, press and hold on the item in the grid until a message is displayed asking you to confirm that you want to delete the item.
Service Requests | Shows a list of service requests that are associated with the current inspection. |
