Working with asset inspections

The Infor Field Inspector mobile app includes asset inspection functionality, so you can create and update inspections in the field. If you are logged in as an asset inspector or asset inspector supervisor, you can select from several different asset inspection queries on the home screen, and you can open individual inspection records from the query results.

You can create new inspections in several ways. On the home screen you can use the Action button to create an inspection, and you can also use the asset inspection viewer to duplicate an existing inspection.

If you've opened an asset record in the asset viewer, you can tap Action and select Create Asset Inspection to add an inspection for the current asset.
