Recording work order usage based on task estimates

If a work order's activity includes resource usage estimates you can use the Add Time function to record usage based on those estimates.

  1. Tap the Action button and select Add Time.
  2. Tap Estimates in the Add From Groups dialog box.
  3. Specify a task in the Task field.
    The grid shows the estimated resources for the specified task.
  4. Select the check box for each resource for which you're recording time.
  5. Tap Add Usage.
  6. Specify the appropriate dates and times in the Charge From and To fields and tap OK.
