Clearing the cache

When you are not signed in, you can use the Clear Cache button on the login screen to clear application data from the mobile device.

When you tap Clear Cache on the login screen, a popup opens with these options:

  • Select Clear Application Content to remove all Infor Field Inspector app content from the mobile device.
  • Select Clear Map Cache to clear map data from the mobile device.
  • Select Clear Authentication Data to clear authentication data from the mobile device.
  • Select Clear Work Data to clear work data from the mobile device.
  • Select Clear Logs to clear the app logs.
