Looking up records

In addition to using queries, you can look up records in your database from the home screen of the mobile app. The process varies slightly depending on whether your profile uses mixed work lists.

If your profile does not use mixed work lists, then you must first use the menu to select a query for the type of record that you want to look up. For example, to search for building inspections, select a building inspection query.

Then tap the Search button at the top of the home screen and enter the number of the record that you're looking up in the search field. Tap Search again to load the record.

If your profile uses mixed work lists, tap the Search button and select the type of record that you want to look up from the list. Then enter the number of the record that you're looking up in the search field and tap Search again to load the record.
