Service request viewer tabs
This table describes each tab in the mobile app's service request viewer:
Tab | Description |
---|---|
Summary | Shows general information about the service request. |
Callers | Shows information on the calls associated with the service request. |
Attachments | Used to view any existing attachments for the service request, and to add new attachments. |
Comments | Use the Comments tab to view and update the comments associated with the current service request. |
Details | Shows any details associated with the current service request. You can select any detail in the grid to view more information, and to update the detail. |
Logs | Shows any log entries associated with the current service request. To add a new log entry, tap the | button.
Resource Usage | Used to view and update information about the resources used for the current service request, and their associated costs. To record resource usage, tap the | button. To edit an existing resource usage item, tap on the item in the grid and update the information. To delete a resource usage item, press and hold on the item in the grid until a message is displayed asking you to confirm that you want to delete the item.
Linked Service Requests | Shows a list of service requests that are linked to the current service request. |
Associated Cases | Lists any cases that are associated with the current service request. |
Associated Work Orders | Lists any work orders that are associated with the current service request. |
Inspections | Shows the inspection history of the current service request. |
