Working with service requests

There are several different ways you can open a specific service request record in the service request viewer.

• If you're working with a service request query in the grid view, you can tap any item in the grid to open that service request.
• If you're working with a query in the map view, tapping a service request once will show its location on the map. Tapping the service request a second time will open the record.
• You can use the Search button at the top of the home screen to look up a service request by its ID.

• The Linked Service Requests tab of the service request viewer shows any other service requests that are linked to the current service request. You can select any service request in the list to open that record.
