Recording inspection results

  1. Open the correct inspection in the mobile app.
  2. Tap the Record Results button in the inspection viewer.
  3. Gather the necessary signatures in the Inspector's Signature and Representative's Signature fields.
    The signatures will be added to the inspection as attachments.
  4. Tap Record Result.
    The Select an inspection result popup is displayed, showing a list of result codes.
  5. Select the correct result code for the inspection.
    The app adds the selected result code to the inspection and returns you to the inspection viewer. The Summary tab now shows the result and the date and time you completed the inspection.
