Signing in to the mobile app

If you are not using single sign on through Infor Ming.le, such as in an on-premises environment, you must enter your Infor Public Sector user name and password to connect to the server.

  1. Open the Infor Field Inspector app on your mobile device.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Enter the URL of your agency's Rest Services in the Server URL field, and enter the port number in the Port field. Then tap Save.
    After you log in for the first time, the app stores the URL.
  4. Enter your Infor Public Sector user name and password.
  5. Tap SIGN IN.
  6. If you're logging in for the first time, select your user profile.
    Your profile determines the menu items that you will see and the access rights that you will have within the app.

    Based on the user profile that you select, the app will download a set of data the first time you log in. This may take a few moments.
