Service Request InfoViewer tabs
This table describes each tab in the Service Request InfoViewer;
Tab | Description |
---|---|
Information | Shows general information about the service request and the request location. |
Call Details | Shows the customer's contact information and any comments. You can also add additional calls to the service request. |
Inspection | Shows information about the service request inspection, such as the assigned inspector and the scheduled date. Any previous inspections for the service request are displayed in the | grid.
Resource Usage | Used to record resource usage and costs for a service request. You can also view resource usage for any associated work orders. The associated work orders are displayed in the Associations tab. | grid on the
Log | Used to record and view log entries for a service request. |
Attachments | Used to add attachments to a service request. |
Associations | Used to link service requests to other records, and to view associated records. Depending on the request type, service requests can be associated with work orders, code enforcement cases, asset inspections, one-off charges, incidents, and other service requests. |
Details | Shows any service request details that your agency has defined. |
Schedules | Used to schedule resources for a service request.
