Changing a service request type's category

You can move a service request type from one category to another.

  1. Select Customer Service > Service Request Type.
  2. In the Service Request Types tree, right-click the service request type that you are changing and select Move Request Type.
  3. Under Select Request Category, select the new category for the service request type.
    To remove a request type from any category, select the root Service Request Types node.
  4. Click Select.
