Planning filter groups

For Planning you can create these types of filter groups:

• Application types and applicant capacities
• Application types and work types
• Work groups and occupancy types
  Note: This type of group is slightly different from the others, because the work groups that you can select are themselves application type/work type filter groups.
• Review types and results
• Hearing types and results
• Inspection types and results
• Inspection types and qualifying license types
• Review types and qualifying license types

The filter groups for inspection and review types and qualifying licenses are for use in Infor Rhythm for Civics. They define the types of contract licenses that qualify service providers to perform different review and inspection types.
