Looking up applications in the Hierarchy Browser

  1. Select CDR Common > Hierarchy Browser
  2. From the Family list, select Building Permits, Case, License, Planning, Project, Trade License, or Use Permits.
  3. Specify the number of the application, license, or case you want to view in the Number field.
  4. Click Search.

    The browser shows all applications, cases, licenses, service requests, and work orders associated with the selected parent application and its children. You can click any node in the tree to view summary information in the right pane, or right-click a node and select Open InfoViewer to open a record.

    Infor Public Sector uses these node icons to represent different types of records in the Hierarchy Browser.
