Conditions

A condition is a general requirement that must be satisfied before a case can progress to the next milestone.

Whereas inspections and reviews involve detailed processing within your agency, conditions are verified and approved by entering an approval code. For example, a condition might require you to verify that the case has a valid address or that the property owner is informed of the violation.

Depending on the condition type, supervisor approval might also be required.
