Adding an attachment constraint to a milestone

  1. Select [CDR module] > Setup > Application Workflow.
  2. In the Application Types tree, select the Attachment Constraints node for the correct milestone.
  3. Click Add above the grid.
  4. Specify this information:
    Document Type
    Specify the document type that can be attached to applications of this type at this milestone.
    Requirements
    Optionally, specify a formula to set requirements for this document type, such as the number of documents that must be attached.
    Permission
    Optionally, specify a formula to disable document type permissions in Infor Public Sector.

    The formula will override the permissions that are defined for the document type in Access Control. You can only disable existing permissions, you cannot grant new permissions.

    Portal Permission
    Optionally, specify a formula to disable document type permissions in Rhythm for Civics.

    The formula will override the permissions that are defined in the Portal Configuration grid in Document Type Setup. You can only disable existing permissions, you cannot grant new permissions.

    Enable Formulas
    Clear this check box to disable the formulas for this constraint.
