Renewal
The Renewal task renews eligible licenses or trade licenses.
This task is available for the License and Trade License modules.
Setup
This table describes the Infor Public Sector setup forms that are used to configure this task:

Invocation
The Renewal task can be scheduled or invoked manually from the Batch Manager form, and it can be invoked through the console.
This table describes each parameter for this task:
| Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
| License Type | Type of license that will be renewed. |
| License Category | License category of the licenses that will be renewed. |
| Priority | Priority of the licenses to be renewed. |
| Licensee | Licensee for whom licenses will be renewed. |
| Expires in __ Days | Number of days before a license expires that it is to be considered for renewal. |
| Commit Every __ Records | Number of licenses processed in each batch. Note: You can enter any
number here, but there are limitations at the database level.
Oracle databases have a limit of 1,000 records, and SQL Server
databases have a limit of 2,000 records. Entering a larger
number will cause errors.
